If you'd like to read a description of the courses offered below, please visit the "Learning" page on our website.
Adult Learning classes begin on Wednesday, August 28th.
Adult Learning is a benefit of temple membership. There are no fees for members. However, if you would like to make a donation to support Adult Learning, your generosity would be much appreciated.
If you are not a temple member, we suggest a donation of $180, but will gratefully accept whatever you are able to give. College students are invited to join us free of charge.
Some courses do require/suggest textbooks. We encourage learners to purchase them separately in their preferred format (hardback, paperback, Kindle, Audible, etc.) or to check with their local lending library, Libby, or other app. Finances should not be a barrier to learning. If you need assistance with purchasing books, please contact Karma at [email protected]
For 2024-25, Judaism's Life Changing Ideas by Rabbi Jonathan Sacks is required for our Thursday morning class. Beginning Hebrew may require a textbook or subscription to an online course/app. Details will be included in our e-newsletter or provided by your teacher on the first day of class.
